How Many Students Will Actually Use the Town Each Year? During the school year, the Rushwood student body (over 400 students annually) will have access to the town. Each year approximately 225 children enter Kindergarten in Nordonia Hills. All are eligible to enroll in Safety Town. In addition, the average annual Safety Town program enrollment is 135 children over the past 5 years.
